baking pineapple choc muffins (with 甩色 M&Ms again...)

nothing much to do on this rainy Sunday afternoon, so i baked again.

~ Baked this Pineapple Choc Muffin ~
got the recipe from some Cadbury cook book, supposed to be some kind of low-fat muffin, but i modified it a bit as couldn't be bothered to go out and buy the missing ingredients, still its edible :)


However just before putting those muffins into oven, I thought of the mini M&M's ... so without thinking if M&Ms would match with pineapple or not, I put a few on each...

Minutes later I took them out of the oven, and found the muffins were like faced painted ... the colour on M&M's coating has spread out uglily :|

Conclusion: M&M's baking bits can only be used on cookies... if you don't want to lose their colours...
